Shipping and Charges

Product prices:

All prices are in Euro excl. VAT.

Payment:

For payment Sofortueberweisung, PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal) and bank transfer are available. 

Download the ordered items:

The items ordered will be delivered in the account as a ZIP file for downloading.
When paying with Sofortueberweisung, Credit card or PayPal the download immediately is available after ordering, for payment by bank transfer after receipt of payment.

Password to unzip the files:

The password will be displayed after the order and can also be found in your order confirmation email.

Updates:

With the download link that you received when you order, you can download the latest version of the product within one year from the order date at all times. Your customer account the downloads are also available. 

Invoice for your order:

You will receive a proper invoice including VAT via email as a PDF file.
The invoice will arrive a few days after your order.

Tax-Free intra-Community supplies:

We provide entrepreneurs with a valid VAT ID within the EU VAT-free. This is in the account or the ordering process in addition to the valid VAT ID the exact company name (if available incl. Legal form as GmbH) and the exact address to name.
This information will be checked online at the Federal Central Tax Office for validity.
Only after successful online test (available from 05:00 bis 23:00 clock) a VAT free purchase order is possible.

In your account, you can always check the status of the test under "billing and shipping settings" and, if necessary, correct your information using the on-screen instructions.

Please note: Orders from EU countries (except Germany) are possible only with a valid VAT ID.

Deliveries outside the EU::

Customers from outside the EU (non-EU countries, eg. Switzerland) can always order VAT-free.
